Please ensure you bring the following with you when collecting your rental:
🪪 Full Driver’s Licence – Must be a full and valid licence, in English or accompanied by an approved translation.
💳 Credit or Debit Card – Required for bond and payment. Prepaid cards are not accepted.
You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle. Additional ID may be requested.
Once your flight arrives and you’ve picked up your luggage, give us a call at 0800 525 663. A member of our friendly shuttle team will collect you from the pickup zone. Please proceed to the correct terminal pickup area:
Exit the terminal and walk towards the courtesy shuttle pickup area located adjacent to the terminal car park. Look for the James Blond shuttle van – we’ll be there shortly to take you to our nearby branch.
Exit the arrivals area and follow the signs for “Rental Car Shuttles.” The pickup area is clearly marked near the main car park. Wait there for our blue and white James Blond van. We’ll assist you with your luggage and transport you directly to your rental vehicle.
Return your vehicle to 26 Airpark Drive, Mangere. After a quick check, we’ll shuttle you directly to your terminal. If you’re flying out early or after hours, simply follow the signage to our drop-off box and contact our shuttle team.
