Shuttle Service: 24/7 Airport Shuttle Transfers available – We’ll pick you up and drop you off at the terminal!
A one off fee of $70 ($35 Pickup + $35 Drop-off) is payable for this service.
Once you have cleared the terminal look for the Aeroparks shuttle and they will then take you to their base where they will hand over your rental vehicle to you. Copies of contracts and all breakdown information and your GPS unit (if ordered) will be in the glovebox of the car. Please remember that they are only our agents and do not accept payment of any kind on our behalf and have no knowledge of our contracts. These questions can be answered by calling our office on 0800 525 663 from any phone during our business hours of 8am to 5pm, 7 days a week. Please note that you will be required to show photo ID at the Aeroparks counter.

Please ensure you bring the following with you when collecting your rental:
🪪 Full Driver’s Licence – Must be a full and valid licence, in English or accompanied by an approved translation.
💳 Credit or Debit Card – Required for bond and payment. Prepaid cards are not accepted.
You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle. Additional ID may be requested.
Once your flight arrives and you’ve collected your bags, please call us on 0800 525 663. One of our friendly shuttle drivers will pick you up from the designated pickup zone. Please wait at the appropriate pickup point:
Exit the terminal and follow the signs for “Rental Car Shuttles” located outside Door 9. Cross the first lane of traffic and wait at the courtesy shuttle pickup zone. Our blue and white James Blond shuttle van will arrive shortly to take you to our Airpark Drive branch.
Exit the terminal through Door 11 near the arrivals area and turn right. Proceed along the covered walkway until you reach the shuttle pickup bay. Watch for the James Blond shuttle van and our team will be there to assist with your bags and take you to our depot.
Return your vehicle to 26 Airpark Drive, Mangere. After a quick check, we’ll shuttle you directly to your terminal. If you’re flying out early or after hours, simply follow the signage to our drop-off box and contact our shuttle team.
