Airport Auckland

We have an arrangement with one of the leading Park and Ride services at the Auckland Airport (Aeroparks Ltd), who operate a valet parking service approximately 5 - 7 minutes’ drive from the Airport. Their shuttle will meet you at the domestic or international pick-up point, no matter who you fly with or what time of the day or night you arrive, 365 days of the year.

Should you wish to use this service we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to ensure that we are able to meet your needs and also have a vehicle at the airport for you.

A one off fee of $70 ($35 Pickup + $35 Drop-off) is payable for this service.

Once you have cleared the terminal look for the Aeroparks shuttle and they will then take you to their base where they will hand over your rental vehicle to you. Copies of contracts and all breakdown information and your GPS unit (if ordered) will be in the glovebox of the car. Please remember that they are only our agents and do not accept payment of any kind on our behalf and have no knowledge of our contracts. These questions can be answered by calling our office on 0800 525 663 from any phone during our business hours of 8am to 5pm, 7 days a week. Please note that you will be required to show photo ID at the Aeroparks counter.

If you are planning to leave your rental car at the airport you will find our agent Aeroparks Ltd at 36 Richard Pearce Drive, Airport Oaks. Please ensure that the vehicle is full of fuel and any accident damage, no matter how minor, has been reported to us. Once Aeroparks have checked the car into their system our agents will transfer you to the airport for your flight.
